Leveraging AI/ML Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) Technology for Course Equivalency Certification in India

The India National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 implementation of the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) manages academic credentials using a secure digital solution for verified interoperable storage. The novelty of this research investigates how APAAR technology enables automated equivalency processes and international credit recognition systems related to academic institution mobility schemas. APAAR implements blockchain decentralization for storage that creates tamper-proof academic credentials to prevent fraud and unauthorized changes. Accrediting agencies and institutions can easily confirm student credentials by using real-time cloud computing to access records. Aadhaar-based authentication provides safeguarded person recognition by unique identification methods that minimizes identity misappropriation cases. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms stands as the prime advantage of the APAAR innovation because it assesses learning targets while examining framework courses and credit equivalency systems. Students using AI/ML technology for automated course linkages gain access to predictive tools which help teachers find academic trends and authenticate found credentials. APAAR technology operates to modernize credit transfer operations through open academic credentialing which results in expanded global education acceptance. The blended functionality of AI automatic processes alongside blockchain authentication systems enables These include SHA-256 for blockchain security, OAuth 2.0 for API authentication, RSA encryption for identity verification, SVM for classifying courses as equivalent, and K-Means for credit clustering. APAAR implementation by institutions with regulatory oversight and continuous AI model optimization will lead to peak performance in their course equivalency assessment activities.
