IoT solutions for Real Time Power Quality Monitoring
The increased demand for efficient and dependable power infrastructure has resulted in the development of SG systems, which overcome the limits of traditional grid layouts. This study describes a revolutionary IoT-based power monitoring architecture developed specifically for smart grid (SG) systems. The suggested system makes use of smart sensors to improve reliability and meet various control methodology requirements, such as dynamic power and power quality (PQ) control. The major components of the system allow for efficient power monitoring and management. This approach serves both utility companies and customers by delivering real-time electrical metrics for efficient resource management. The performance study shows that the suggested system significantly enhances the reliability and PQ of SG systems, highlighting the potential of IoT-based sensor technologies in current power infrastructures.
