INDIRECT RISKS OF INTELLIGENT INTERFACES
The study of risks in human interaction with artificial intelligence is a relevant topic given the rapid growth of the number of digital products and services with intelligent interfaces. Intelligent interfaces are systems that use artificial intelligence (AI) to provide a natural, personalized interaction with users. They include voice assistants (such as Siri, Alexa), chatbots (such as ChatGPT), virtual companions, adaptive UIs in medical, financial, educational, and other services. OpenAI's ChatGPT artificial intelligence is used by more than 400 million users, or 5% of the world's population, every week.
