Idiopathic Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus
Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) is an underdiagnosed but potentially treatable condition in older adults. Population-based data on incidence and progression remain limited. We aimed to assess incidence, prevalence, and progression of iNPH over 6 years in a population-based sample of 70-year-olds and evaluate the predictive value of MRI markers and vascular risk factors (VRFs).
