REVITALISASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK MELALUI INOVASI TEKNOLOGI: IMPLIKASI UNTUK PEMERINTAH DAERAH

This study aims to analyze the impact of technological innovation in public services, especially in the context of local government, and explore the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this study examines the application of technologies such as e-Government, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud computing in improving the efficiency, transparency, and quality of public services. The results show that although these technologies provide significant benefits, their implementation is constrained by limited infrastructure, lack of trained personnel, and resistance to bureaucratic change. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen ICT infrastructure, increase human resource capacity, and policies that support digital transformation. This study provides important insights into how technology can be used to accelerate change in public services, and offers practical recommendations for local governments to optimally utilize technology in improving the quality of services to the community.
