Research on the Construction of a Distributed Overseas Data Acquisition and Preprocessing Platform Based on the FLINK Real-Time Streaming Computing Framework

With the continuous acceleration of the globalization process, the mining and application of overseas data in the automotive export field is becoming a key breakthrough for the industry to expand international markets and enhance competitiveness. The huge value of overseas data is increasingly prominent, and efficient collection and preprocessing of it has become a key prerequisite for data-driven decision-making. This paper first collects data from overseas social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter; Secondly, preprocessing operations such as eliminating invalid values, removing duplicates from redundant records, filling in missing values, and format conversion were carried out on the data to form a standardized and high-quality dataset; Then, based on the advantages of the Flink real-time streaming computing framework, build a six-layer system architecture from the bottom up; Finally, the system was fully validated through data acquisition, preprocessing, platform performance testing and reliability testing. The experiment verified that the platform's effectiveness and reliability were superior to those of the traditional system architecture. The research results provide strong support for the in-depth mining and application of overseas data and help enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and institutions in the global market.
