Face Illustration Diffusion Generation System Based on Instant ID Model
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, image generation techniques have achieved significant leaps driven by large text-image diffusion models. However, current technologies still face challenges in generating customized images of human subjects with accurate and complex identity details. To address this challenge, this paper proposes an optimized solution for high-fidelity customized facial image generation: a face illustration diffusion generation system built upon the InstantID model. Technically, the approach reconstructs the facial encoder architecture by integrating a dynamic semantic enhancement module and a spatial feature constraint mechanism. This ensures the retention of facial details while improving the stability of the generation process. A multimodal fusion module is constructed to integrate facial images, background information, and text prompts, enabling precise semantic guidance during image generation and ensuring the identity consistency between generated images and reference images. At the system deployment level, a distributed computing framework is adopted to perform lightweight decomposition of core modules such as feature extraction and diffusion generation. Through load balancing strategies, the allocation of computing resources is optimized, significantly improving model inference efficiency and system scalability to achieve coordinated optimization of technical performance and engineering implementation.
