Intelligent Resource Scheduling Design for Communication Satellite Networks
In the face of multiple challenges such as high complexity, low dynamics, scarce resources, and a large amount of demand information in the communication satellite constellation networks of communication satellites, this paper establishes a multi-satellite collaborative intelligent resource scheduling model based on user satisfaction and proposes an IRS (Intelligent Resource Scheduling) mechanism based on reinforcement learning. In response to the personalized demands for user business customization, the IRS has developed an intelligent optimization module tailored to address specific user business requirements. For the problem of joint optimization of multi-satellite resources, an intelligent scheduling module based on reinforcement learning was designed. Simulation results show that IRS can effectively improve indicators such as the rationality of resource scheduling, link resource utilization, and user satisfaction. Among them, the business capacity is increased by 30 % to 60 %, and user satisfaction is more than doubled.
