Application and breakthrough of time-frequency electromagnetic technology in the study of gravel layers in the northern xinjiang exploration area

The gravel layer structure in the southern margin area of the exploration region in northern Xinjiang is complex, posing numerous challenges to geological exploration. As an efficient geophysical exploration method, time-frequency electromagnetic technology has demonstrated unique advantages in the research of this region. Through an in-depth analysis of the principles of time-frequency electromagnetic technology, it is applied to the detection of gravel layers in the exploration region of northern Xinjiang. During the research process, this technology is used to conduct a detailed analysis of the electromagnetic response characteristics at different frequencies, and key information such as the distribution, thickness, and electrical parameters of the gravel layer is successfully obtained. Compared with traditional exploration methods, time-frequency electromagnetic technology has effectively improved the detection accuracy and broken through the previous dilemma of being difficult to accurately identify the fine structure of the gravel layer. This application not only provides brand-new data support for the geological research of the gravel layer in the exploration region of northern Xinjiang but also lays a solid foundation for the further popularization and application of this technology under complex geological conditions.
