Research on the structural characteristics of landslide geological disaster bodies based on comprehensive electrical parameters-taking the Xingyi Maling landslide as an example

Due to the complexity of the structure of landslide rock-soil mass and the diversity of failure mechanisms, detailed investigation and accurate identification of the structural characteristics of landslide geological disaster bodies are of great significance for estimating the scale of landslides, landslide early warning, and guiding disaster mitigation. However, this is also a global challenge. This paper proposes a method based on the characteristics of the trend of electric field changes, focusing on analyzing the response signal characteristics of geological units and structures in different parts of landslide geological disaster bodies using joint parameters such as electric current, electric potential, natural potential, and resistivity. It summarizes the characteristic signs of key technical parameters and applies them to the detailed identification of the structural characteristics of the Xingyi Maling landslide geological disaster body. The results provide key data and information for subsequent landslide early warning and engineering management. The method has significant advantages in low cost, rapidity, high precision, and non-destructive green exploration, making it worthy of promotion and application in this field.
