Surface wave dispersion curve inversion using the generalized wave equation

The medium in the shallow surface area has a low degree of compaction, loose structure, and complex internal spatial microstructure. Considering the influence of the scale effect on the surface wave dispersion curve generated by the microstructure of the medium during the wave propagation process, in order to realize the better utilization of seismic data, this paper applies the forward simulation of generalized wave equations under the modified couple stress theory to the inversion process, and realizes the inversion method of surface wave dispersion curve using generalized wave equations, which takes into account the influence of the microstructure characteristics of the medium, and provides a new way of thinking for the shallow seismic exploration.
