ID: 4349979 MODULATION OF CONNEXIN 43 AND SODIUM VOLTAGE-GATED CHANNEL ALPHA SUBUNIT 5 IN RADIOABLATED SWINE HEART
Connexin 43 (Cx43) and the sodium voltage-gated channel alpha subunit 5 (SCN5A) are crucial proteins in cardiac physiology. Cx43 is key in mediating intercellular communication and cardiac contraction, while SCN5A is essential for electrical conduction. However, the modulation of these two key proteins following noninvasive cardiac radioablation remains unclear.
