ID: 4342339 DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITATIVE EVALUATION OF YOUCONTROL-AFIB: A DIGITAL HEALTH INTERVENTION TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN PERSONS WITH ATRIAL FIBRILLATION
Comprehensive atrial fibrillation (AF) care requires a person-centered focus on promoting healthy behaviors. Efficacy trials demonstrate the positive impact of physical activity on quality of life and disease control measures. There are limited real-world studies on implementing interventions to promote physical activity in persons with AF. Transformative programs that promote physical activity in a sustainable model could be foundational to AF care.
