<p>Supplementary Figure S11 demonstrates the in vivo effects of a FOS-diet on CAR T cells using an ARP-1 mouse model. This figure presents a schematic of the experimental setup, analyzes absolute peripheral blood CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell counts at various time points post-infusion, tracks tumor growth kinetics via bioluminescent imaging, and provides a Kaplan-Meier survival curve for treated mice.</p>
