APPLICATION OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING METHODS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR CALCULATING THE COST OF PUBLIC SERVICES

The paper considers the technical side of the process of introducing a foreign utility cost calculation system. The process of converting data from the source database to the target database is considered. The advantages of automated database content analysis are given. The reconciliation procedure is considered, which makes it possible to guarantee compliance with accruals with a given accuracy when changing software. A mathematical model is presented and its parametric identification is performed. Conclusions are drawn about the practical use of the presented approach in the organization of the Ryazan region and other regions of the Russian Federation.
