DEVELOPMENT OF A PAYMENT DISCIPLINE ANALYSIS SYSTEM SUBSCRIBERS OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES ENTERPRISES

The paper considers the problem of analyzing the payment discipline of subscribers of housing and communal services (HCS) enterprises. The main focus is on developing an automated system capable of analyzing and predicting subscribers' payment behavior. The results of the study show that the introduction of a payment discipline analysis system will increase the financial stability of housing and communal services enterprises and improve the quality of services provided.
