KESIAPAN DAN PROFESIONALISME BADAN AD HOC DALAM PEMANFAATAN SIREKAP PADA PEMILU TAHUN 2024

Indonesia has held general elections simultaneously in 2019 and 2024. The practice of holding elections manually in 2019 became the basis for the government to present a technological touch in the form of a recapitulation information system, so that elections can run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the readiness of the use of sirekap and the professionalism of ad hoc bodies in operating sirekap. The research method is qualitative descriptive through interviews with ad hoc officers and comparative studies of news and journals. The results of the study indicate that work accidents in ad hoc bodies are caused by fatigue in managing election logistics without regard to time and unhealthy workplace situations. Meanwhile, Sirekap is not being utilized optimally. Ad hoc bodies are confused in implementing sirekap due to the short technical guidance and time to understand and cyber attacks. The recommendation of this article is that the KPU optimally prepares sirekap which can be used by election officers offline with 3 (three) criteria, namely mobile sirekap, web sirekap and sirekap results. In addition, the KPU also provides an understanding to ad hoc bodies in the operation of sirekap in stages.
