Esthetic evaluation of gingival recession plastic surgery in patients using collagen matrices
Collagen matrices can serve as an alternative to CTT, but despite the positive results they provide a smaller increase in keratinized gums and do not always completely eliminate GR limiting their use in periodontal surgery.
