Dermatopathology
A 72-year-old man presented with a several months’ history of multiple crusted annular plaques, starting in the groin and spreading to the buttocks, lower limbs and upper back. The plaques left marked post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. He also had an erythematous scaly rash on the face in a seborrhoeic distribution and a sore tongue.
