Abstract

The article is devoted to revealing the main problems of business communication in the modern conditions of martial law in Ukraine. It is well known that successful business management depends on the implementation of qualitatively constructed business communication.Development of long-term goals and strategic directions of further development, systematic management of business processes, monitoring of financial activity and planning, analysis of performance indicators, work with personnel, development of effective marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, relationships with clients -all this requires a clear awareness and effective cooperation in the internal sphere of the enterprise, as well as harmonization of relations with clients and other interested parties. The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of our state became a kind of impetus for reassessment of approaches to business communication in crisis conditions. This, in turn, contributes to understanding changes in communications, problems in relationships between various stakeholders, as well as methods and tools for transmitting and presenting information.Of interest are methods of business communication in the current conditions of martial law in Ukraine, as well as clear tools designed to mitigate the negative impact of military actions on the activities of enterprises. Business communication still remains a key component of management despite the introduction of martial law in our country. The practical activities of domestic enterprises indicate that they clearly understand the importance of effective business communication, want to protect their own communication teams, and also continue to invest their own funds in the development of communication policy. The defining example of the fact that the enterprise continues to carry out its activities and remains a loyal partner should be considered effective business communication and the direction of the enterprise's efforts to support its image. On the other hand, the quality of business communication opens up the prospect of effective team cooperation in the process of solving tasks and achieving collective goals. It was found that business communication in the current conditions of martial law in Ukraine is exposed to many problems, among which the most acute are problems of an organizational and technical nature (change of business location, transition to remote work, unstable access to information data, legislative changes, limited access to Internet communication, as well as threats in the field of cybersecurity) and psychological nature (state of anxiety of employees, decrease in motivation and productivity, violation of the psychological atmosphere in the team). In order to solve the above problems in business communication, it is necessary to develop flexible communication strategies, ensure stable access to information data and tools, maintain the psychological state of employees, understand and support employees from the management side.
