The National Learning Camp through the Eyes of Stakeholders: A Multiple Case Study

This multiple-case study aimed to explore and understand the experiences of teachers, parents, students, and community members involved in the implementation of the National Learning Camp at Langilan District. Using purposive sampling, twenty (20) participants were selected to represent four (4) stakeholder groups: teachers, parents, students, and community members. Data were gathered over a two-week period through semi-structured, in-depth interviews conducted face-to-face. Thematic analysis was used to identify emerging patterns. Results revealed three central experiences: having additional burdens to consider, encouraging student participation, and enjoyment from engaging activities. Coping strategies included peer mentoring, utilizing various resources, and seeking support and guidance from teachers. Stakeholder insights emphasized the importance of activity-based teaching, parental involvement, student growth, community collaboration, and access to learning materials. These findings hold significant implications for educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders aiming to strengthen learning recovery programs in post-pandemic contexts.
