Background: Panproctocolectomy is a complex surgery particularly with minimally invasive techniques as it involves dissection in all quadrants of the abdomen. Aim/Objectives:The robotic platform has the advantages of a stable camera, better visualisation and precision of dissection with better ergonomics which can be of benefit in colonic surgery. We aimed at assessing the feasibility of Robotic Panproctocolectomy. Methods: Here we present video demonstration of two patients who underwent Robotic Proctocolectomy for synchronous malignancies using the Da Vinci Xi robot. Results:The port placements were decided preoperatively taking into consideration body habitus and tumour location.Pelvic and lower abdominal dissection was performed in head down and upper abdominal dissection was performed with head up position with lateral tilt as necessary.Synchronous colonic and rectosigmoid cancer underwent total colectomy with Ileorectal anastomosis. The distal division was at the anorectal junction with construction of ileal J pouch and anal anastomosis for the patient with synchronous colon and low rectal cancer. Conclusion:Optimal port and patient positioning make the complex surgery of Robotic Panproctocolectomy feasible
