Abstract

In recent years, WFC (Work From Cafe) has gained popularity among students in response to the need for flexibility in learning and working. The analysis results show that WFC has a significant impact on academic performance, with a Pearson correlation of 0.747 and an influence of 55.8% based on simple regression. The variables of WFC and academic performance were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and factor analysis using SPSS, AMOS, and Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that a comfortable cafe environment can enhance students' concentration, productivity, and motivation.
