TRANSFORMASI PEMBAYARAN DI PUJASERA MELALUI INOVASI SISTEM KOPERASI KARYAWAN : STUDI KASUS POLITEKNIK NEGERI BANDUNG

By using a technology-based digital cooperative system, this research tries to overcome the problems of efficiency, transparency and trust in the Bandung State Polytechnic Pujasera manual payment system. Technology such as digital wallets and QRIS can speed up transactions, reduce errors, and increase transparency and consumer trust, according to data collected from one hundred respondents through quantitative descriptive methods. This system is responsible for 61.3% of the variability in payment management due to its significant contribution to payment efficiency and effectiveness. This research offers a digital transformation model for similar institutions, which shows that Polban Pujasera managers must continue to optimize digital technology to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
