DAMPAK ETIKA EKONOMI PADA PENGGUNAAN AI DALAM KEPUTUSAN BISNIS: STUDI PERBANDINGAN DI SEKTOR EKONOMI DAN KESEHATAN

Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology have brought significant changes in the economic and healthcare sectors, providing benefits such as business process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, marketing strategies, precision diagnosis, as well as predictive model development. However, the application of AI also poses ethical challenges, including transparency, accountability, data privacy, and potential algorithmic discrimination. This study aims to analyze the role of economic ethics in AI-based decision-making in both sectors, using a comparative approach to examine the balance between technological efficiency and social impact. The results explain that in the economic sector, AI plays a role in business process automation and market demand prediction to improve productivity. Meanwhile, in the healthcare sector, AI supports diagnosis accuracy, treatment effectiveness, and treatment personalization through technologies such as machine learning and artificial neural networks.
