Educational planning in the digital age: Assessing the effectiveness of ICT infrastructure for virtual teams

This study examines the effectiveness of hardware and software infrastructure in supporting remote work and virtual teams. As remote work becomes more common, organizations rely on reliable technology to maintain productivity and collaboration. The research explores key factors such as internet connectivity, computing devices, cloud-based applications, cybersecurity, and technical support. Using surveys and case studies, the study analyzes how well current infrastructures meet the needs of remote workers. Findings indicate that high-performance hardware and secure, user-friendly software enhance efficiency and communication. However, challenges like network instability and security risks can impact performance. The study highlights the importance of continuous updates, investment in reliable infrastructure, and employee training. Recommendations include adopting cloud-based solutions, ensuring cybersecurity measures, and improving IT support. This research contributes to understanding how technology influences remote work success and provides insights for organizations seeking to optimize their hardware and software infrastructure for better virtual collaboration.
