His scientific approach is focused on the idea that learning outcomes, expressed in knowledge, skills, values and attitudes, which are obtained by going through and completing a level of education, are an indication of the quality of studies. In the author's view, the relationship "quality - purpose of artistic education" involves the solution of several problems related to the concepts of "imposed purpose", "natural/true purpose", the first type limiting intelligence, miming true relationships, the second one giving the trainees freedom and opportunities for learning and expression. Starting from the idea that an education without objectives cannot be effective, the author refers to an epistemic error: the transition of disciplinary curricula in the Republic of Moldova from objectives to competencies. In conclusion, it is stated that the reference objectives concretize the skills, realize the educational process in the ensemble of the constitutive elements.
