The role of the means of body recovery in the training system of dance artists
Currently, the training process of dance artists imposes strict conditions that generate major physical, mental and psychosocial demands. In the long term, this high-intensity activity can generate states of fatigue, overwork or exhaustion. The purpose of this article is to identify the symptoms of fatigue among dance artists and highlight the most effective means of recovering the body and restoring their work capacity. At the same time, as a result of the applied questionnaire, the dancers acquired knowledge about the symptoms of fatigue and obtained some recommendations that will help them avoid overfatigue and keep their work capacity at a high level.
