O lugar da infância hoje: diagnosticalização em tempos anônimos
In this article, we discuss the transformations in modernity, which, while creating the notion of childhood, performs a discursive shift in the subjective position of adults and children. As a result of this alteration, adults, especially today, seem unable to speak with children and about them from a non-anonymous subjective position, that is, from a place of authority, as understood within psychoanalytic and arendtian thought. The difficulty in sustaining this structural asymmetry leads to an increasing need to support saying and doing alongside children in diagnostics, something that is quite prominent in the fields of education and health. In conclusion, we briefly present some experiences that distance themselves from this regularity and inspire us to think of other ways to engage in life alongside others.
