Health state evaluation index system for aviation piston pumps based on asynchronous multi-source information fusion
Aviation piston pumps operate under a wide range of speeds and multiple working conditions, necessitating a comprehensive health assessment through multi-source data. This study proposes a health state evaluation index system for aviation piston pumps based on asynchronous multi-source information fusion, integrating pressure, flow, temperature and vibration signals with different sampling frequencies to construct a robust evaluation framework, which first achieving online fusion of 20 kHz high-frequency and 100 Hz low-frequency signals. This study establishes a standardized experimental procedure and formulates a health index based on 16 key indicators. The structure of the index system and the quantitative evaluation criteria for the 16 different indicators are elaborated respectively, innovatively introducing short-term fault sensitivity factors and long-term degradation accumulation terms. The presented health state index system is capable of assessing the combined effects of short-term failures and long-term degradation on the health status, providing a technical approach for health evaluation of aviation piston pumps during operation.
