E-ticket to entrance control to thermal spa

Objective: To develop a web system that allows for the generation of e tickets for entrance and payment of services for the La Heredad Ecotourism Center spa thermal, in order to optimize reservation management and improve the visitor experience through a more efficient and accessible process. Method: Scrum with a total of nineteen user stories representing the requirements. Usability and security tests were applied. Findings: Application for entrance to the thermal spa and its services using e-tickets; manages users, prices, and promotions; and generates statistical reports. Vulnerabilities related to SQL injections, insecure authentication, and exposure of sensitive data were identified and mitigated. The application achieved a B percentile in usability tests, which considers it approved. Contributions: Online payment and email delivery of an e-ticket with detailed information stored in a QR code that is scanned to validate entry, streamlining entry and reducing paper usage.
