A Lightweight and Secure Access Authentication Scheme for UAV Formation
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) swarm systems are playing an irreplaceable role in various fields. However, the security challenge of UAV network has become increasingly prominent. In this paper, a lightweight secure access scheme based on physical unclonable function (PUF) for UAV swarm systems is proposed. Firstly, the UAV formation network is modelled and the security requirement is analyzed. Then, a lightweight authentication and key agreement protocol based on PUF is designed for UAV formation network to ensure access security. To verify the effectiveness of our scheme, the communication and computing costs of it are compared to other protocols.
