Digital Transformation and Business Decision Making for Sustainability in E-Learning Management

The digitalization of the economy and society is a continuous process that is reflected in all activities of our society, including in the field of education. That is why this article describes a mathematical model capable of integrating different opinions of a group of experts in different fields. The goal is to form objective and acceptable group decisions on issues related to the development of e-learning. By determining key indicators of LMS, a general framework is proposed to facilitate the selection of the most suitable one. In addition, through the proposed model, it is possible to determine the effectiveness of the developed e-courses. This is achieved by identifying other relevant key indicators for ecourses. Therefore, the proposed model can be applied to various aspects of e-course business management for making rational decisions in the context of the dynamics of the digital economy and digital society. The applicability of the proposed model has been numerically tested when choosing an LMS and determining the effectiveness of e-courses, with the results convincingly showing the applicability of the described model for group decision-making.
