Space-to-Ground File Transfer System Based on Satellite Communications
The Emergency Response Command Aircraft collects video and image information through an electro-optical pod. The on-board server's FTP server serves as the medium for file storage. The ground server manages files using the MINIOfile repository, facilitating the transmission and storage management between the airborne and ground ends. This system employs UDP+FTP+HTTP protocols to achieve aerial-to-ground file transfer. Given that the actual satellite bandwidth is substantial, the files do not need to be decomposed or recomposed; only a single custom UDP packet needs to be sent. This results in high file transfer efficiency. Establishing a MINIO cluster ensures continuous storage and access, enhancing data read-write speeds.
