Bipolar Junction Transistors BJTs in Integrated Circuits

This thesis explores the implementation of the target circuit using transistors. At the same time, it is also possible to better understand the role of transistors in actual circuits. In this paper, my research object is the device BJT that is often used in integrated circuits. I conduct research from three aspects: the characteristic curve of the BJT, the switching action of the BJT, and the common emitter amplifier.

Abstract

This thesis explores the implementation of the target circuit using transistors. At the same time, it is also possible to better understand the role of transistors in actual circuits. In this paper, my research object is the device BJT that is often used in integrated circuits. I conduct research from three aspects: the characteristic curve of the BJT, the switching action of the BJT, and the common emitter amplifier.
