Analysis and Study of Magnetic Field Characteristics of Magnetic Sensors Based on ANSYS Maxwell and Response Surface Methodology
This study employed the ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software to calculate the magnetic field values for the experimental design scheme of a magnetic sensor. The Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to analyze the interaction effects of various influencing factors, and a three-dimensional response surface was constructed to visualize the interaction effects of these factors. By comparing the test results of the sensor prototype with the simulation results from the software and the calculations from the response surface equations, the accuracy of the simulation calculations and the validity of the response surface methodology were verified.
