Digital Maturity of Private and Public Organizations in RH
To use the services provided by the members of the EDIH Adira Consortium, organizations need to complete a predefined digital maturity assessment that is unique for all organizations that become users of EDIH services. This research analyzes the results of several dozen digital maturity assessments conducted in public and private sector organizations in 2023 and 2024. The study is based on the results of the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC) questionnaire, the Digital Maturity Assessment Tool (DMAT) conducted within the EDIH Adria project prior delivery of EDIH Adria support. The findings indicate that while both SMEs and PSOs demonstrate moderate levels of digital maturity, significant variations exist across different dimensions. The results suggest that organizational size plays a crucial role in Digital Maturity levels, with medium-sized entities often outperforming smaller and larger counterparts in various dimensions. While the findings offer valuable insights, they should be further validated through additional research and larger sample sizes.
