Comparative study of the work project in the educational units before and during the COVID-19 pandemic period

The present study examines whether the comparison of the daily work events of teachers in educational units, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic period, is influenced by the various aspects of the psychological contract, as they are formed in these units. For this purpose, the comparison of the daily work events was analyzed through the prism of comparing the result of teachers’ work and the consequences of their work between the periods before the pandemic and during the pandemic.Respectively, the aspects of the psychological contract were studied based on teachers’ personal perceptions and analyzed in the dimensions of the satisfaction achieved by the employment relations, the organizational justice and the interpersonal employment relations with the supervisor. The research was conducted in March 2021 via an online questionnaire, and 167 teachers participated in it. Αccording to the analysis of the results, some of the individual dimensions of the aspects of the psychological contract affect not in total, but partially the comparison of teacher’s daily work events, as observed in the educational units before and during the pandemic COVID-19.
