Restorative justice and the family law - remarks on the ground of divorce

<ns3:p>This paper is concerned about the possibility of using the idea of restorative justice in the institution of divorce. At was indicated the meaning of term the restorative justice and functions of this idea. In the author's opinion restorative justice is an idea which should not be reduced only to criminal law because this idea hypothetical can be used in every situation when somebody made mischief to another person. Was made several remakes about divorce and indicate for some reasons which leads to divorce and its consequences. At next author was tried to answer to question that is possible applies the idea of restorative justice by the institution of divorce. The answer to this question is positive. Moreover, the legislator based on current legal situation gives the possibility of applies the idea of restorative justice on the ground of the institution of divorce.</ns3:p>
