Transformación digital y gestión empresarial: Una búsqueda especializada de literatura
Digital transformation has become a key factor in the competitiveness and survival of companies across all sectors. Based on this premise, the objective of the present study is to provide a reference framework for the digital strategies currently being implemented in business management. A qualitative methodology was adopted, as the study seeks to identify patterns and categories within a collection of bibliographic resources retrieved from various databases, including Latindex, Scielo, Redalyc, and Scopus. The data were processed using Atlas.ti 9 software to structure, categorize, and analyze the information through semantic networks, co- occurrence tables, and the calculation of the Emergence Index (EI). One of the main findings was the identification of 60 codes, which were derived from the analysis of the selected scientific articles. These codes were organized into two overarching categories: digital transformation and business management. Additionally, several emerging codes were identified those most strongly associated with the study variables including: technology adoption, digital education, technological infrastructure, digitalization barriers, innovation and development, sustainability, competitiveness, continuous improvement, and customer experience. In light of these findings, it can be concluded that digital transformation has significantly reshaped business management by providing tools and opportunities that enhance efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and innovation
