Clinical Outcomes of Computed Tomography Coronary Angiography (CTCA) in Patients With Suspected Coronary Artery Disease: A Single‐Center Experience
This study demonstrates that CTCA is a safe and effective way of ruling out coronary artery disease as more than 3/4th of the cases was discharged with normal coronary arteries. Its use in patients with suspected disease not only provides essential diagnostic and risk-management information but also offers a practical strategy for alleviating waiting list pressures in a district general hospital setting.
