Detection of the training needs of judicial officers in the light of directors and heads of departments of the courts of Greece
The investigation-detection of educational needs is a process of collecting and analyzing information, which results in the identification of the learning needs of individuals or groups. The aim of this research is to detect the educational needs of the Judicial Clerks of Greece and to highlight their interests, as the clerk is the only one who knows his personal weaknesses, but also that of the Organization in which he serves. It will focus on the responses of the Directors and Heads of Departments of the judicial services, the number of which amounts to 22 and 38 respectively. There is little research on the education and training of judicial officers in Greece, which makes the present research necessary. In order to detect the educational needs of judicial officers, an OnLine structured questionnaire was designed, consisting of seven sections, which was answered by 273 people. The results of the research demonstrate the absence of an organized training from the branch of judicial officers, as well as the increase in the performance and efficiency of judicial officers when they are educated.
