Mutual satisfaction of cooperation between groups of teachers

The finding that the management of a group of education significantly contributes to the success of the educational process, led to the preparation of relevant research by many investigators. This article proposes an obscure language and at the same mathematical method for evaluating cooperation satisfaction of a group of teachers and a research perspective in which the satisfaction of the cooperation of educational group can be measured by the mutual satisfaction of its members. Following an evaluation hierarchy is constructed with two components and resulting criteria. On each criterion, mutual evaluation matrix with linguistic conditions created by the mutual evaluation of members on the basis of employment. To demonstrate the possibilities of the proposed method are selected a case study.
