In the present paper you study through a case study the views of the teachers of Primary Education of the Prefecture of Pieria regarding the phenomenon of teacher cooperation in relation to the conceptual axis: The school environment in which the social phenomenon of cooperation occurs. The research was conducted from the beginning of October 2016 until the end of June 2017. In the research, 31 Primary schools were selected from the 61 Primary schools of Primary Education of the Prefecture of Pieria. The interviews were conducted in 31 of the 61 Primary Schools of DIPE PIERIA (Directorate of Primary Education of Pieria). The purpose of the research was to capture the views expressed by teachers initially regarding the content and forms of cooperation within the school unit, in order to examine the variety of forms of cooperation in schools and the description of specific activities in practice, thus exploring questions such as where, how, how much and on what issues teachers work together in schools.
