Application of experiencial learning to Physiotherapy Assistants. The data of D.I.E.K. Trikala.

Maintaining students" interest is a constant battle for the teacher. Wanting to make this race more fun and productive, the aim of this research was to select experiential techniques, such as simulation technique, portfolio and expert interview, in order to enhance the trainee"s action either directly or indirectly. The above techniques were mainly applied in the course of Practical Application in the Specialty "Physiotherapy Assistant" of the 4th semester of DIEK Trikala and were evaluated by the trainees in terms of their effectiveness in learning as well as the whole process of education both quantitatively and qualitatively. Specifically, the effect of the techniques on the teaching of each lesson and the cooperation of the members of each group, as well as the contribution of the teachers to the learning were evaluated. The positive results of the work are considered to be the trigger for further research in the field of adult education.
