Infant mathematics - variations of Piaget's conservation experiment

In this research work, a repetition with variants of the Piaget conservation experiment is approached. The purpose of the research is to experiment with the experimentation method in order to answer the research questions. Methodologically the processes were sampled between case study, through qualitative and quantitative analysis by the experiment method. The sample of the study consisted of 3 kindergarten students aged 5-6 years. The design, implementation and results followed strictly ethical and ethical rules. The results of the research showed that there were differences in the results for the 3 or 8 items. Conclusion: The number of objects influences the outcome of the experiment regardless of whether or not the objects are counted by children. Future surveys could be carried out with further measurements in a broader topographical and quantitative context by correcting the limitations of the study by taking the time required to expose the evolution over time.
