Results of research on the role of labour autonomousity in the relationship between labor satisfaction and conflict of roles of secondary education teachers

The main objective is to investigate the relationship between conflict and uncertainty of roles with the dimensions of occupational satisfaction while explaining the effect of variable work autonomy on these relationships. Specifically, the purpose of the research is to identify the levels of professional satisfaction, conflict and incongruence between the roles and job autonomy of Secondary Education teachers working in the Region of Thessaly.
