Therapeutic Approaches for Enhancing Intestinal Regeneration in Exfoliative Rejection: Preliminary Insights from an Experimental Model
Background: Severe intestinal graft rejection remains a major challenge in transplantation, requiring prolonged hospitalization until mucosal recovery, increasing infection risk and healthcare costs. We developed an experimental model to study rejection dynamics and tested a potential strategy to improve recovery, aiming to shorten hospitalization and enhance patient management.
