FUNDAMENTAL ASPECTS OF ASYMMETRY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
The article is devoted to the study of the main aspects of the asymmetry of international relations. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing disparity in the distribution of power, resources and influence in the international arena, which is exacerbated in conditions of geopolitical instability, economic inequality and technological dominance of individual countries. The study aims to conceptualize and define the fundamental aspects of asymmetry in international relations, highlighting its theoretical foundations and practical manifestations in the modern context. The focus of the study is on the analysis of political, economic, military, cultural, technological and information asymmetry, which primarily affect the uneven distribution of power and resources between participants in international interaction. It was found that political asymmetry is key to the analysis of the asymmetry of international relations, modern world politics and the search for ways to balance it. One of the strategically important aspects of the asymmetry of international interaction is economic asymmetry, which means the uneven distribution of economic power and influence between different countries, which affects their cooperation and interdependence. A critically important aspect is military asymmetry, which implies inequality in military power and capabilities between countries, which can affect geopolitical strategies. It is noted that technological asymmetry in international relations arises when countries have different levels of technological development, which leads to unequal opportunities in access to advanced technologies and their use. Manifestations of asymmetry are also clearly expressed in the cultural sphere. An important manifestation of the dynamics of asymmetric international relations is information asymmetry, which can be interpreted as an uneven distribution of information between states or other international actors. Given these aspects, asymmetry remains one of the central topics in the study of international relations, since it determines the content and nature of interaction between countries and affects world politics, economics, and security.
