STRATEGIES OF LEADING INTERNATIONAL ACTORS REGARDING THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE SECURITY SITUATION IN EUROPE

The European security environment is undergoing changes related to the Russian-Ukrainian war and the need to find new strategies for resolving the current conflict, as well as preventing similar conflicts in the future. This is due to the fact that the international security system, after the Second World War, turned out to be ineffective and unprepared for wars of a hybrid nature. Which accordingly threatens not only the security of Europe, but also causes the risk of the beginning of a global geopolitical confrontation in the world. Radical changes in the balance of power on the global political arena, the creation of new military-political alliances, as well as new threats that call into question the unity of existing ones. Changes in the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the military potentials of individual countries and regions of the world create tendencies towards the emergence of a new world order. In accordance with the above, the analysis, study and procedure for forming new strategies of leading international actors regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war are relevant in modern conditions.The Russian-Ukrainian war has become one of the most important challenges for the international security system and has led to significant adjustments in the policies of leading international actors, in particular the European Union, NATO, the USA, and China. The article examines the main approaches of key international players to conflict resolution, their impact on European security policy, and long-term consequences for global stability. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the formation and change of EU strategies in the field of security and defense, the growth of military cooperation between member states, and the possible geopolitical consequences of the war for the world as a whole. The article also analyzes the impact of the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation, the diplomatic efforts of Ukraine’s allies, and humanitarian aid on the dynamics of the conflict.The article is devoted to examining the strategies of leading international actors regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war and their impact on the security situation in Europe. The article analyzes the role of international actors and opinion leaders, diplomatic strategies for international support for Ukraine, and identifies key mechanisms for involving the world community in the resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
